As a Marine mom (first Gulf War) my instincts were to NOT believe this story.

Until I hear accounts from somebody other than an 'Iragi local'.....my mind won't change.

I think this incident is getting more putrid by the minute, as more reports are coming out. You are right to be skeptical. And the fact that the media ISN'T skeptical proves to me that they don't care about truth, they just want to take our military down. At any cost. Because surely they know that Iraqis are prone to lying and embellishing. They know that this has been tried before. They are being willfully negligent in their "reporting". They make me ill.

I am at the point where I don't think I will believe it unless one or more of the Marines allegedly (see how that "A" word fits in, Murtha? MSM?) involved actually confesses. LIVE.

I saw what the media twits did to the statements from one military leader, and he is furious. They are despicable, and THEY have blood on their hands for being terrorist cheerleaders. I really loathe them.

Did I mention how much I despise the MSM?

Oh, and most importantly--Please thank your child(ren) for their service. And thank you, for being a Marine mom. You have so much to be proud of. :^)
