What is amazing to me is that NO ONE is questioning the REAL battleground state...Wisconsin! Bush lost to Kerry by a smaller margin that Kerry lost Ohio to Bush...there is ample evidence that Wisconsin should have gone to Bush because of the irregularities in Milwaukee...yet Ohio was "picked" as the pivotal state. Why? Because the media called Wisconsin for Kerry early on, even though it was closer than Ohio...making Ohio the "last" electoral state to be needed. Of course Salon and others will never look to Wisconsin in the same way as they've looked at the Ohio results.

I know the 1960 WVa primary was pivotal in the Dim nomination that year. Was it stolen too?

Dennis Kucinich tells Kennedy, ''Down-ticket candidates shouldn't outperform presidential candidates like that. That just doesn't happen. The question is: Where did the votes for Kerry go?''

A patently idiotic statement. If down-ticket candidates didn't outperform presidential candidates you'd never have down-ticket candidates win election in states that their party's presidential nominee loses, but in actuality cross-party voting is totally routine.
