Just yesterday two days ago they were "talking about exhuming" the bodies to do some forensics work, try to determine exit wounds and caliber bullet used if it was bullet wounds.

That seems like pretty BASIC info to any investigation... and if that wasn't done I wonder what was.

I think that's exactly the issue. This reporter is probably a Sunni extremist sympathizer, Haditha is definitely an extremist stronghold, and the MSM is all but researching a time machine to bring Mai Lai to 2006. Still, just because they're enjoying seeing the Marines publicly embarassed doesn't mean that anyone was framed.

There is evidence that a Marine report was falsified to deliberately mislead superiors, something that the military clearly believes happened. There's really only one reason to do that, which is why the military is investigating, and it has the propaganda vultures circling hungrily.

I really don't care what any of those other sources have to say - it's the military's response I'm watching. The other guys are biased, but that's just how it is. Still, bias or not, they may be right on this one.
