Shame on John Murtha for presuming Marines' guilt in Haditha

Jesse Macbeth, a self-styled "special forces ranger," regaled moonbat audiences with tales of the atrocities he committed in Iraq:
"Fallujah is where we slaughtered people in mosques," he said. "We would dig holes and leave mass graves of children, women and old men."
Unfortunately for Mr. Macbeth, he made a video which was seen by actual veterans. In it, he is wearing his beret improperly ("like a pastry chef," said an Army spokesman). He's wearing a Ranger beret, but it has a Special Forces flash. The sleeves on his battle BDU jacket are rolled up the way the Marines do it; not the Army. In short, Mr. Macbeth was a fraud so obvious even the moonbats should have seen through him, but they didn't because they wanted so badly to believe the terrible things he was saying about U.S. forces in Iraq. In every war America has ever fought, a few soldiers have committed war crimes. In no war has their behavior been representative of our soldiers as a whole, or been sanctioned by their superiors. But the moonbats think smearing our servicemen and women discredits the war effort.
To his everlasting shame, Rep. John Murtha, a Democrat from Johnstown and a retired Marine reserve colonel, is playing to the same crowd. He's accused Marines of having committed "cold-blooded murder," and their superiors of covering it up.
"It goes right up the chain of command right up to Gen. [Peter] Pace [chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff]," Mr. Murtha said on ABC's "This Week" program last Sunday.....

Democrats have no shame.
Rep. Murtha's accusation of a cover-up clearly is false. The Marines under investigation apparently lied in their report of the incident, but as soon as their superiors were made aware of the discrepancies in their story, they ordered an investigation which the Iraqis say is thorough, and which is about to result in criminal charges.
I do not think that the Marines lied. It was reported that grenade was thrown and exploded a propane tank. I think this happened first and consider it a qualified IED. I think the gunshots came second, but whoever fired them is up in the air. And if our Marines were under fire, they damn well should have shot first and asked questions later. Murtha is the one who can't handle the pressure.

Let's see now. The word of a townspeople that are being controlled by insurgents is being taken, over the word of our very own Marines, who are there, by the way to free that country of insurgent control. And those Iraqui tonspeople simply have utter control over all they say and do. There are no insurgents threatening them to say damning things about the Marines. Oh by gosh, by golly, that just makes perfect sense. I must have been whistlin' dixie to think otherwise...

One of the facts that has been recently omitted about this battle was that it lasted for 5 hours after the initial attack.
as easily as the terrorists can execute school children (todays news) and women and children with car bombs at a market.....then why should we not also believe the terrorists killed women and children (if there is any truth to this so called massacre)?
Even if the Marines find no wrong doing in their investigation, the media will echo cover up regardless of the real truth. For the media will manufacture whatever story they feel fills the need for filler on an otherwise blank paper.
I just can't believe this. If I were to say that I hope John Murtha is massacred in this next election, will I be in the same boat as that poor ignorant dem who said George Bush should be murdered in the next election? or in the same boat as poor ignorant John Murtha who accuses Marines of a massacre without a complete investigation? while Marines have been killed in ambush in Haditha and American weapons have been seized?
This investigation better get wrapped up soon.

Where's the outrage over this Iraqi school bus story? Where's the real reporting on a possible connection between that school bus and the school bus in Tampa?

...Yes you would, if you wished the same on that pig-face Murfa as he has done for many others. Remember, whatever criteria you judge others by, you too shall be judged. Judge not, lest we be judged. I just call Murfa, a fat pig and let it go at that. God is the Judge and he will take care of Murfa and his fly-away mouth. Besides, Diana Irey is going for Congresswoman in Murfa's place. If God wants that little Demon outta there, He'll make certain Irey becomes Pennsylvania's representative...
