Doubt it.
All I know is that I am proud to be an Idahoan.
Is that what he thinks of those states?
:)
I do not believe that the American people are as wishy washy as these polls show. The polls are a political tool and express pretty much what the pollster wants them to IMHO. I do not believe an elected rep should govern or act based on any poll but the one that put them in office and based upon their inner compass (presuming that compass is based on fundmantal moral principle).
Simple fix. Quit pussy-footing around the illegal issue. Every time he opens his mouth and says "Deportation won't work" he looses hundreds of thousands of votes.
If he would show the same backbone with Mexico as he did Afghanistan and Iraq; he'd still carry the Republicans to another sweep. Americans of every stripe are sick and tired of illegals demanding equal rights, tax forgiveness, automatic citizenship and limitless access to social services. The people have spoken, and they have spoken loudly, clearly and consisely. Lock down the borders, hunt down the illegals for the parasites they are; and send them across back across the border.
1)Bush ain't runnin'.
2)Congressional races aren't national.
3)People always hate Congress, but return their incumbents overwhelmingly.
Is Bush running again?
Idaho seems to be the most consistant State
This is true and it's a reason why I don't share the MSM's and Dem's view of a Nov takeover. Many of these polls are subjective and based on national stats. Reps need only worry about people within their districts.
[Is Bush running again?]
The Democrats seem to think so.
I do not believe that the American people are as wishy washy as these polls show.
I don't think the polls even attempt to capture just why it is that the public is pissed off.
Is it because he lied to us? And got us trapped into this pointless war? Or is it because he won't stand up and call the MSM a bunch of panty-waisted, colloborationaist America-haters?
The left is convinced that since so many people disagree with the President, they must agree with them.
I'd be very much surprised if that were true.
It's why I moved here.
I have that argument with my moonbat brother almost every day. I may not "approve" of the job Bush is doing right now, but that doesn't mean I wish Kerry had won.
Thanks

Amen to that!
Unless my calibrated and hairy eyeball is missing something, my native state (Oklahoma) is that which most loves GWB.
And my new home (Georgia) isn't lagging all that far behind.
I don't know about interesting, but those numbers are incredible. The whole map turned blue by the end with the exception of two states. Wow I shutter to think that someday that could be a meaningful map and the whole country is blue. We must never allow that to happen. Just looking at the May/June 2006 scores make my vains turn to ice. lol.
I am opposed to Bush's CFR stance, his immigration stance (although no as opposed to his as say, to Kerry's), to his medical prescription stance, to his support of extending the AWB, and wish he would stand firmly and fight for the tax initiaitives becoming permanent, and be more forceful against the libs.
His spending is out of control and not ion keeping with any conservative values. His international stance regarding North America is not something I am happy with or support either.
Having said all of that, he is much more preferable (until we can get a true conservative in there) than the Stalinists/Marxists who oppose him in the DNC.
