Federal authorities deported a Willmar, Minnesota man on Thursday who was convicted of sexually assaulting a six-year old girl.
Carlos Medina-Moreno, 59, a citizen of Mexico, was flown from the Twin Cities to the U.S.-Mexico border yesterday afternoon along with 56 other illegal aliens. Of the 57 deported, 27 had criminal convictions for such crimes as: assault, carrying a concealed weapon, aggravated assault on a police officer, burglary, weapons offenses, sexual assault, forgery, domestic assault, drunk driving, drug offenses, larceny, fraud, forgery, receiving stolen property and cruelty toward a spouse.
Willmar Police officers arrested Medina-Moreno August 27, 2005, following an investigation by the police and Kandiyohi County Family Services. He was originally charged in Kandiyohi County District Court with one count each of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and second-degree criminal sexual conduct for molesting the girl.
Medina-Moreno pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal sexual conduct Feb. 6, 2006. He was sentenced to 21 months in prison, which was stayed, was placed on probation for 25 years, and was required to register as a predatory offender. He served 193 days in prison and was turned over to Immigration agents on March 29.
Medina-Moreno was also convicted of domestic assault in Kandiyohi District Court in 2001 and was sentenced to 90 days in prison.
A childs innocence was destroyed by this criminal, said Special Agent in Charge Mark Cangemi of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement office in Bloomington.
We will not tolerate the presence of those who prey on children. They will be sought out, arrested and deported. Cangemi oversees the enforcement of immigration and customs laws in a five-state area that includes Minnesota.
Medina-Moreno had entered the United States in 1969 as a legal permanent resident, or green card holder. His criminal record resulted in the loss of his legal status, and a federal immigration judge subsequently ordered him deported.
Medina-Morenos removal is part of Operation Predator, a comprehensive initiative to safeguard children from foreign national pedophiles, international sex tourists, Internet child pornographers, and human traffickers. Since Operation Predator was launched in July 2003, ICE agents have arrested more than 7,500 individuals nationwide, including 216 in Minnesota, making it one of the top 10 states for these arrests.

His executed body should have been handed over to Mexican "officials" for burial, Otherwise he'll probably slink back across to ruin some other child's life.
(Denny Crane: "Every one should carry a gun strapped to their waist. We need more - not less guns.")
Illegal aliens will inherit and bankrupt America. Over 2/3's of all births in Los Angeles County are to illegal alien
Mexicans on Medi-Cal whose births were paid for by taxpayers, and supported by the US Senate traitors.
Less than 2% of illegal aliens are picking our crops but 29% are on welfare, and the US Senate traitors want more.
Illegal aliens bring Americans infectious hepatitis, incurable tuberculosis, typhoid, cholera, mumps,
Chagas disease, leprosy, incurable Morgellons disease, and Dengue fever.
Even rubella (declared eradicated from the US by the CDC has appeared in Massachusetts last week).
They deliver the diseases that Americans will not, fully encouraged and supported by US Senate traitors
who are isolated and protected unlike ordinary Americans.

Flash!!! Of the 57 deported 40 are already back and the other 17 will return after spending the weekend with their families.

Sentenced to 630 days he served 193 or sentenced to 21 months he served 6 and they sent him home for a free vacation. May I also please ask what good a 25 year probation will do when this butthole is supposed to be shipped to Mexico?
What this amounts to is that our Judiciary shook his hand , congratulated him on getting a fine piece of
young girl and invited him back for more in the future.
They will be sought out, arrested, tried, killed and deported.
A three foot drop with rope around his neck would have been a much shorter, and less expensive, "deportation".
What people do here in Mexico often is get Gov't Official Documents at the BANK, and go to the Birth Registry, and trump up a story about their mother never registered them when they were weenies, and now that they are big, want to come and get their birth certificate. They can change their name thus, and birth dates, to make it more difficult to find in the data base. Passport offices are suppose to 'catch' this trick as when people give a 'birth date' they must as well show WHEN they applied for the 'birth certificate'. But those Gov't Documents they get at the bank, prove wonders at windows where workers get very little to take home to their family expenses.
They should have flown him into Mexican airspace and kicked out without a parachute.
Seal the border. Deport the illegals.
But we showed him! He was sentenced to 21 months, or a year and three-quarters, but only served 193 days, or about 6 months, but then he had to "register," which given the rates of release these days is about as meaningful as him not being allowed to have dessert for a year. I'm sure that little girl and her parents feel much better now. And I'm sure he'll never do that again given such "stiff" penalties. /s

No, that won't be tolerated. They'll be sought out, arrested, serve a completely less-than-appropriate portion of a far too short a sentence, then released where they'll go back to Mexico and never show up in the States again simply because they've been told not to. We have laws here ya know! Tough laws! /s
Deporting him means he'll either be back or he'll prey on children in other parts of the world.
We would be doing not just ourselves but the world a favor by making a public example of his hard labor and then hanging, put it on the net!
Do this, and they will quit comming here !
Not from the LA Times...

Would this guy be entitled to amnesty under the McCain Kennedy immigration legislation?
Hammer meets nail.
Shouldn't that be "Mexican Man Deported After Conviction for Sex Crime Against 6-Year Old"?
He was sentenced to 21 months in prison, which was stayed,So instead of jail he gets a free ride home to go to one of his cousin's weddings, relax awhile, and then return on the illegal alien super-highway.
He'll be back.
Tanned, rested and ready to rape.

I can't believe we just turned him loose. With no border patrol, he can just come back and do it again.
I agree with both statements. But, you left out El Presidentes in the second sentence. Both of them.
