Yes, I see conflict. The conflict is that you would treat U.S. Freakin Marines as third rate citizens! They deserve far better then you.

You're a fool.

And I'll tell you what I know...in the previous article, not written by some knee jerk arsehole, it was plainly stated that it was for Marines. Peddle your crap elsewhere.

Well, the citizens have had to take border patrol into their own hands, looks like the war on terror will be next.

Just curious, but does this base contain a separate church for each faith? One for Catholics, one for Baptists, one for Episcopalians. etc.,? Or is there one facility used by all?

Most bases have nondenominational Christian facilities that are shared by the various Christian faiths; much as the various Christian Chaplains have dispensations from their faiths to cross denominational lines.

When faiths are contrary to each other the services do their best to provide separate facilities.

Where did I say that I don't approve of people being given religious freedom? That religious freedom doesn't include a new mosque for crying out loud.

Muslims pray the world over and don't have access to a mosque every 100 miles.

"So, is all of Islam fighting a war against us?"

That is a good question. Let's give all of the Moslems guns and suicide vests and find out which ones want to kill us.

Islam is not a "great religion". It is a cult/religion following a blood-thirsty murderer. It brooks no opposition, it does not co-exist with other religions. It believes it must reign supreme and will use force to subjegate it's opponents.

The United States should declare that is does not view Islam as a religion in this country. That will be the ONLY way we can defeat Islam. This will be a long and bloody war.

Now, do you see any conflict there CWO with the First Amendment, ... anything, ... anything at all?!

That's a religious doctrine, not some nation's constitution.

Do you honestly believe that every single Muslim follows all of that? Even most of them?

They don't.

You'll allow them to worship...outside. How very considerate of you. I value the troops far more then that...of ALL religions.

Tell my why a Mosque should be built (on a military base) when they now have a space dedicated to meet and there are so few attending.

I really object to a new facility when there's adequate space being provided.

One of these days Islam is going to be so entrenched into the fabric of our society. When that happens, muslims are actually going to push to have their priniciples integrated with societal laws and government, just as they always have done and continue to do as is sponsored by the Koran/Mohammed itself.

When that happens, the direct conflict between our present values as stated in the First Amendment will take a whole new stage. It'll be fight or flight for the US Constitution and the 1st Amendment. For the two cannot possibly coexist.

At the rate that we're going, I expect Islam to win out.

Even CWOJackson states that there's a conflict before conveniently completely overlooking that conflict en route to a continued defense of what will eventually be one of the primary things to bring our Constitution down.

And oh, just by-the-way, the very same Constitution that provides those same rights that CWOJackson and others want to extend to the very same entity that would bring it down. Can shortsightedness and idiocy possibly be defined any better?

But how people can continue to allow for the spread of the very thing that counters our entire way of life in this country, with its freedoms and all, coupled with the sheer ignorance that should such a thing expand beyond a certain point it would override those very same freedoms, is absolutley astonishing! Astonishing!!!

How do you know that the place dedicated for 24 Muslims to pray is outside?

Last I knew there was dedicated space INSIDE for everyone of every faith to worship.

Victory will look like the state of the world after the end of the Ottoman Empire and prior to the revification of Militant Islam in the late 60's early 70's. And Militant Islam has been the same for 13 centuries. It will be the same until the end of time.

However, Saifulislam studied Islam at a hardline Wahhabi school in Virginia that was raided by federal authorities after 9-11. And one of his mentors is Taha Jaber Al-Alwani, an unindicted co-conspirator in the Sami al-Arian terror case. Federal court records allege he gave at least $50,000 in jihad money "to support suicide bombings" in Israel.

This bothers me the most.

You are far worse then a fool...you are a raging arse.

In your world, I know I am there CWO. I lay out everything in very easy to read, well thought out arguments, and all you do is come back with petty, childish, and idiotic retorts such as the above.

Any readers with a brain can see through your agendized charade with ease.

Meanwhile, if you need a ladder to crawl back into W's butt, just let me know. In the meantime, spare me the petty BS. You'll be doing yourself a favor too.

BTW, anytime you want to elaborate on the "conflicts" that you admit exist, but then gloss over as if they don't, I'm game. Naturally I won't expect anything nearly as intelligent or well thought out as that from you however.

You're a petty MB pitbull, little else.

Look, the debate has rolled all around the issue until post #71 (thank you fruitbat). BeHoldAPaleHorse, your condescension and flippancy are infuriating and not conducive to an open debate.

Fact: Islam seeks world conquest. Whether moderate or extremist, they all have the same goal to turn Dar Al Harb (the world at war) into Dar Al Islam (the world in submission--their version of peace). It doesn't matter that it's done through conversion, subversion or explosion... they still seek the same. Their religious tenets, as shown in post #71 are simply to unmake the USA as a country valuing freedom of conscience into a middle eastern model of subjugation to Koranic authority.

Given this fact, I don't consider it a good thing that our government chooses to support this cult. You will not find a compound for the branch dividians on a base and you shouldn't find a MILCON project for 24 people when there is another facility just outside the post. It defies logic and common sense.
