"May"? This guy must be an optimist, there is no doubt this will be mandatory with jail time for parents who refuse.
______________
We chose to not vaccinate at all. Never been threatened with jail time. The peditrician asks if we want vaccinations, and knows I'll say no and that's the end of the conversation. While I'll homeschool my daughter, where we live - we have both philosophical and religious exemptions available to use for going to school.

This cervical cancer vac also only lasts for 7 years I believe. It's a crock, but the sheeple will fall for it.

"We chose to not vaccinate at all."

Prepare to be flamed. Alot of people on FR place their trust in vaccinations and it offends them greatly that you don't vaccinate as "one of the herd".

So you put other people's children at risk?

Nothing to be proud about... Again what you deserve I won't mention, but you'll get it!

I agree! I know I'm preaching to the choir but an excellent website on vaccines is..... www.drtenpenny.com

She has a set of videos complete with excellent research and dozens of scientists, experts etc talking about the dangers of most vaccines.

We chose to vaccinate, and one doctor told me our oldest two were caught up. But, years later, another doctor at that same office told me they were way behind. She then attempted to give them what I deemed to be duplicate shots. When I told her "NO", she had the nerve to try scolding me in front of my children, and that led to an argument. I can't find a qualified doctor who doesn't have the same attitude. Wish there were more doctors like yours out there.

Our state requires immunizations for school entry, but it does not give exemptions for philosophical reasons, only religious reasons. I know a lot of homeschoolers who choose not to vaccinate. To anyone who thinks that's terrible, I'd like to point out: Though our schools require immunizations for diseases like the measles, the law is that school employees and students don't have to report if they have AIDS. That's right... A disease like AIDS, from which your child can never heal and which leads to death 100% of the time, is considered a "matter of privacy." But, the measles...? Oh, no, don't you bring your child around if you're not vaccinated for that stuff.
