I bet the DUmmies would approve if someone were fired for having a Pro-Life bumper sticker though.

But Miller added, "We've had our (employee) handbook out for many years and it does say if you live in an immoral way with a member of the opposite sex or same sex, you will be terminated." What a jackass. I would not have gone to work there in the first place.

"They're already judging me for how I live my life and it wouldn't be the same," she said.
Technically, they aren't judging you. They are just following their handbook. God will judge you, though.

At 9.25 an hour finding a better paying job should be child's play. Why did she tell her employer that she was going to live with her boyfriend what business was it of theirs?

But Jack Van Valkenburgh, executive director of the American Civil Liberties Union in Boise, said Skate Plaza might be violating federal discrimination laws.
If Skate Plaza is violating federal discrimination laws, there's something wrong with the federal discrimination laws.
Of course I already suspect this.

The DU people would be all for firing somebody if they had a Bush bumper sticker or were seen cheering at a pro-life rally. But if the person was a violent felon, was caught with crack, or was busted in a pedophile sting operation then no problem, they're being persecuted.

We have a 4-inch rule. You have to be at least four inches to skate there?

God will judge you, though.I am not sure the "Flying Spaghetti Monster" really cares about cohabitation. I sure don't.

Did someone put a gun to her head and force her to take a job there? Their employment policy is right there in the handbook; she didn't have to seek employment there if she didn't agree.

Not really. Finding a job that pays $9.25 to teenagers is pretty rare. She could make that much with manual labor, but I don't see too many girls doing that. Maybe serving tables, but she'd have to have some experience.

I am not sure the "Flying Spaghetti Monster" really cares about cohabitation. I sure don't. He would embrace her with His noodly appendages. Especially if she was really built.

This is bull$hit on so many levels it's not funny. Everyone who's in favor of this, are you ready to endorse being able to terminate someone if they don't go to the "correct" church? Because that's what you're signing up for.
