Do you think that the revenue that this ad and the floor humper guy ad bring into Newsmax outweighs the loss in credibility?
It can't be more clear that McCain is NOT a conservative, and that he want's to see the conservative influence in congress diminished.
Seems like McCain is on a roll!
I think I've finally lost it...I think I've finally crossed over to live the rest of my life in the Twilight Zone...I think I'm turning Japanese, I really think so...
FMCDH(BITS)
well at least he isn't pressing to cut and run out of Iraq
bout all I can say good about him
As a matter of fact, he and his running dogs have convinced our president to go along with some of their schemes, they now control communication between our president and congress. We need a conservative revolt against these Republican Wigs, who mean to deny the people of a free and fair election in 2008, and are arraying themselves to cut off the conservative tide that elected our current president. Tom DeLay was framed by them while they work to protect POSs lke Jefferson.
I hope we have at least one conservative who makes a run at the republican nomination for the presidency.
That's so typical from the politically gutless McCain
McCain has so jumped the shark. Still, it might be to our interests if he could be convinced to step down from the Senate and run for President. (Quick check, is the Governor of Arizona a Democrat or a Republican.. lol) One has to think ahead at least one step.
McCain is like the Hillary Clinton of the Republican party. The press loves him but his own party is getting to the point of not being able to stay in the same room with him.
Technically, those things are conservative. Old conservatives oppose interventionism and support (to the extreme) privacy rights.
Governor: Janet Napolitano (D)
Plan B. is in order.
OK.. First we have to fix the governor in Arizona.. then we can deal with McCain. :)
You've about summed it up correctly.
Also, and I'm not making this an immigration thread but it pertains to a certain vitriol lately against challenging pols in primaries and McCain specifically.....
Among those decrying Tancredo for getting involved against an elected Republican incumbent in Utah? Guess what McCainiac has been up to?

"State Rep. Richard Chalk (R-Hilton Head), a diehard pro-family conservative and Gingrich ally was challenged in the GOP primary by the liberal Tom Herbkersman, the brother of RINO Bill Herbkersman, a state house rep in the neightboring district.
Hilton Head is the most affluent part of SC and is about 70% GOP. Anyone wanting to run for public office there declares themselves to be Republican and this tends to brings LOTS of RINOS into the Island GOP
including the current Mayor and Town Council.
The RINOS lined up against Chalk as they were unhappy with his pro-family, pro-business votes. Newt Gingrich supported Chalk and McCain and his PAC not only gave the liberal Herbkersman an endorsement but also $$$.
Chalk and the conservatives prevailed 56-44 and is expected to win relection in the fall."

You are exactly correct McCain and his elected RINO express are trying to destroy conservatives. For people that stated Hillary is worse then McCain? If you ever needed proof how WRONG you were, and how RIGHT we are, this is it. We warned you he was a RINO Trojan horse and he's attempted his sneak attack against conservatives across the country. To my knowledge they've been losing more then not, but it doesn't change the intent. The President for whatever reason has aided this cause in support for Chafee, Specter, Cannon and so on. This is a war and there are only two sides. Conservatism or liberalism. One will define the Party.
And that is precisely why I give zero dollars to the NRSC, the RNC, etc.
Last thing I want is for my bucks to go to McLame, Chafee or Pandsey "One Termer" Graham.
Give directly to the candidate of your choice.
See any poll numbers on how Laffey would do in a general?
The assumption is Chafee is the best chance for a Republican to get elected in a ultra-lib state, chafee despite being a lib contributes to Republican numbers in the senate which helps in keeping control of the judicial committee.
