FACSIMILE TRANSMISSION

From: (name and contact info)
To: Senator George Voinovich, Attn Doug Dziak fax 202.228.1382
cc Robert Walker, Chief Counsel, Ethics Committee fax 202.224.7416
Date: 6-20-06
Re: Sen. Hillary Clinton ethics complaint

Senator Voinovich, as researcher, writer, and co-producer of a documentary film regarding the Senator Hillary Clinton finance scandal perpetrated in 2000 and continuing to this day, I was shocked that your committee concluded that she had done nothing wrong.

Sir, I appreciate the fact that you are very busy doing the people’s business, and it is probably not your fault that you were not presented with all of the facts. After all, it has taken me a year and a half of research, and I am still making disturbing discoveries.

Here are a few facts of which you might not be aware: They are truly the tip of the iceberg.

1. On July 11, 2001, David Kendall accepted service in the lawsuit Paul v Clinton. Included were receipts, bank statements, and invoices documenting approximately $1.6 million of in-kind contributions by Peter Paul. Paul’s counsel held a press conference a few days later at the National Press Club, and a messenger delivered a letter from Paul to Senator Clinton’s office demanding that she make an accurate FEC filing. Her treasurer, Andrew Grossman, received the same documentation on July 3, 2001. Nevertheless, Senator Clinton allowed a third false FEC report to be filed on July 30, 2001.

2. Last December, the Clinton campaign was fined $35,000 by the FEC, and treasurer Grossman admitted that he underreported by $721,000. That is a staggering number. He then filed the Clinton Campaign’s fourth amended FEC report. It is still fraudulent. Among the many fabrications therein contained was the claim that Spiderman creator Stan Lee gave $225,000 in-kind. A month ago, Mr. Lee confirmed with me on the phone that to which he testified and that which he told the FEC, the FBI, and the Justice Department. Mr. Lee gave no money. He was shocked to discover that he was listed as a $225,000 donor.

Senator, you have a duty to properly investigate ethics complaints. Unfortunately, you have not been clearly and adequately presented with all of the facts. It is time to depose Senator Clinton’s largest contributor and whistleblower, Peter Paul. Until that is done, the ethics committee’s job is incomplete. (See HillCAP.org for the evidence.)

NOTE: This facsimile will be posted on the website www.FreeRepublic.com . Your constituents and the rest of the American people will be waiting to hear from you.

Respectfully,

(name and signature)

Just got off the phone with a Voinovich staffer, was told they feel that the investigation was "thorough and complete." The staffer was not rude but rather a little curt when he learned that I wasn't from Ohio.

Good luck, Doug. I'll try the ethics office later, have to calm down some before calling. I'm sick of being blatantly lied to by these Washington types.

I would not object if anyone wants to call Voinovich and Walker. Be nice.

I used to be from Ohio, should I try? :) Anything that will stop Hillary is good, but don't waste your time with Rino-vich, he won't listen to you.

Probably what the staffer was thinking. "Thorough" is just the PC answer to all of you "trouble makers" out there.
