No matter how skillful, word games won't change the fact that sarin begins degrading after a couple months and under optimal storage conditions has a shelf life of 5-7 years at reduced efficacy.

Unless, of course, it's recharged!!!!

So, counting from 2003, when do these things expire?

Remember, these have been coming in from here and there ~ not off the top of a big stockpile.

That's how you hide stuff ~ in plain sight ~ and you keep it fresh when the inspectors are away.

Now, you willing to take a chance and start sipping water filtered through one of those shells?

No matter how they couch it, SADDAM STILL LIED. That's enough for me.

So what's the point? These WMD are not significant. The recovery of "approximately 500 weapons munitions which contain degraded mustard or sarin nerve agent" that could have found their way into terrorists hands--terrorists who want to use chemical weapons in the NY subway system--sounds significant to me. In any case, I thought Saddam said he had destroyed all of his weapons of mass destruction.
