FBI arrests 7 in domestic terrorism probe - Raids being conducted in Miami area

>WASHINGTON (CNN) -- FBI agents were raiding sites in Miami, Florida, on Thursday in connection with a domestic terrorism investigation, law enforcement sources said.
The FBI said one search warrant was being executed in the Liberty City area of Miami. Officials said no weapons or bomb-making materials had been found in the searches so far.
"We are conducting a number of arrests and searches, and we'll have more about that when the operation is completed, probably tomorrow morning," FBI Director Robert Mueller told CNN's Larry King in an interview to be broadcast Thursday.

What do you suppose the definition of "domestic terrorism" is?
Is it:
A. Terrorism that occurs on our soil, regardless of the perpetrator's national origin.
Or:
B. Terrorism that occurs on our soil, perpetrated by an American citizen.

Hope they nail everyone involved and have stopped any plot in its tracks.
I do trust that the culprits will turn out to represent a truly "broad strata of society" just like the CANADA-17 and other very diverse groups of non-Muslim terrorists and terrorist wannabes.
We would not want to find out that the FBI has gone after a bunch of people who all have, let me take a very wild guess, Islamic and jihadist tendencies in common....

Statement from U.S. Attorney.
Earlier today, the FBI, in conjunction with federal state and local authorities, executed arrests as part of an ongoing investigation into a terrorist-related matter. The individuals arrested posed no immediate threat to our community.
FBI Search warrant are being carried out by the joint terrorism task force. Documents are currently sealed. No threat to Miami at this time. More will be revealed tomorrow in both Miami and Washington, D.C.

Just across on CNN. Early reports say the area’s flooded with agents. Six to eight suspects are thought to have been arrested, and they’re not believed to be Muslim. If that proves true, expect the lefties to jump all over this one. If not, not.
As always, standby for updates.
Update: CNN says no weapons or bomb-making materials have been found, but according to the link above, the FBI’s been planning the operation for four months. Word is it’s domestic terrorism, not a foreign plot.
CNN is killing Fox on this, by the way. Nothing at all on FNC.
