Clark, Ramsey,

Excerpt:

One notable group of Clark's clients consisted of some attorneys and a judge who were sanctioned for their conduct in court. This group included New York attorney Arthur V. Graseck, Jr., who was ordered by a federal court to pay his opponent's attorney's fees for pursuing frivolous claims, under 28 U.S.C.A. §1927 and rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (Oliveri v. Thompson, 803 F.2d 1265 [2d Cir. 1986]; California-based civil rights attorney Stephen Yagman, who was suspended from the practice of law for criticizing a federal district judge (Yagman v. Republic Insurance, 987 F.2d 622 [9th Cir. 1993]; Standing Committee on Discipline v. Yagman, 856 F. Supp. 1395 [C.D. Cal. 1994]); and U.S. district judge Miles Lord, who presided over the Dalkon Shield class action litigation and was accused of prejudicial administration of justice (In re Miles Lord, NOS. JCP 84-001 and JCP 84-002 [8th Cir. Judicial Council 1984] (unreported order); Gardinier v. Robins, 747 F.2d 1180 [8th Cir. 1984]).

Yagman can go to Cuba and get lost, as far as I'm concerned.

I guess he can't go now that his passport was pulled. I hope he goes to prison and rot.

After 2 heavily AK-47 armed bank robbers turned a quiet North Hollywood neighborhood into a combat zone on the world's TV sets while robbing a Bank of America branch in early 1997...

...Attorney STEPHEN YAGMAN sued the hero LAPD Officers who stopped them with their pistols.

On the first 5 yearly Anniversaries of this infamous North Hollywood Bank Shootout, as it quickly became known as, North Hollywood Victims Rights activist MARY LOU HOLTE held on site commeration ceremonies honoring the LAPD & LAFD before Los Angeles media.

This after her publically debating YAGMAN on NBC's 'The Today Show' in 1996 and winning. YAGMAN was never willing to publically face HOLTE again.

If there is a term of "slime bag attorney" in the dictionary it would have Steven Yagman's picture.

He will probably get another slime bag attorney to defend him.

.

Attorney STEPHEN YAGMAN has been most active in suing Officers of the LAPD's Rampart Division, most esspecially after the Rampart Scandal, with the goal of breaking that division up sooner rather than later. Just like TOM HAYDEN has been trying to do all these years.

Since the Rampart Scandal all the members of that LAPD Divsion's elite CRASH unit that were suspended and then prosecuted have been completely vindicated. These same LAPD Officers turned around and sued the City of Los Angeles, most speciifically former LAPD Chief and now Los Angeles City Councilman BERNARD PARKS. Instead of standing up for his Officers as LAPD Chief, PARKS was found by a jury to have simply focused on blaming LAPD Officers as scapecoats instead of fulfilling his duty as LAPD Chief.

Each of these fine LAPD Officers has been awarded $6 Million in damages.

I wish I could say the same for the North Hollywood Bank Shootout LAPD Officers YAGMAN sued as well.

NOTE:

This Sunday KFI 640 AM Los Angeles Talk Radio will be guesting some of these now totally vindicated LAPD Officers to have them finally talk about exactly what they were put thru all these years.

That's 3:00-5:00 pm PDT this Sunday afternoon on:

Maybe Barbara can write a letter to the judge to give her reasons why Steve Yagman should not rot in jail. At least he should get his $250 worth.
