He was last spotted heading south on Rib Eye Road.
Until they can get their hands on him.
Wait they lived.
Moral of the story...don't mess with a man's steak.
That's what I was thinking, too.
I wouldn't. Not in that town. They'd crucify you.
They get punished, but live. Maybe one or two of them will see the error of their ways, and turn from committing robbery, and get a real job, instead.
Many years ago, in the very same neighborhood, I held off four would-be muggers, without shooting them. One of them appeared to me as being not so hardened as one or two of the other three (particularly one of them, who looked to be hard-core thug). I really didn't want to shoot the guy who loooked like he might have come "from a good home". That one would have gotten it last, if at all. I don't think he realized what was fixing to go down, what a couple of his aquaintenances had in mind.
Last I heard, they were headed the other way, with hard-core saying "that's a crazy f*%#!*$! white boy" hehheh... He got that part straight.
But I didn't want to shoot any of them. Just didn't want to get mugged. Ya' never know just how far that kind of stuff will go, you know? Will it stop with just the wallet "removed", or will serious injury or death follow?
Just another one of those un (officially) -reported instances where a citizen properly exercised their 2 Amendment rights. How many thousands of times a year does that happen in this country, with nobody getting hurt, and no one in the lamestream media hearing about it (or hear it, but are unwilling to write about it), or if it is written about, how many folks just "write it off" as an isolated incident?
Everytime I have a bowel movement, that's an isolated incident. Small potatoes, as it were (as they were?) Do it isolated, but regular enough, multiply by however many thousands or millions of folks live in a given area, and pretty soon, there needs to be a sewage treatment plant, just to deal with all that crap!
I wouldn't turn myself in out there. The people in charge of things in California don't seem to have any common sense, most are liberals.
They tried to purloin in the tenderloin, but got shot in the the tender loins?
"Common sense" and "liberal" is an oxymoron. One cannot exist with the other....
"Guard with jealous attention the public liberty. Suspect everyone who approaches that jewel. Unfortunately, nothing will preserve it but downright force. Whenever you give up that force, you are inevitably ruined" 2
"Are we at last brought to such humiliating and debasing degradation, that we cannot be trusted with arms for our defense? Where is the difference between having our arms in possession and under our direction, and having them under the management of Congress? If our defense be the real object of having those arms, in whose hands can they be trusted with more propriety, or equal safety to us, as in our own hands?" 3

We're talking San Francisco here, not California per se.
I'm sure the victim will get all the sympathy of Berie Goetz... And this after SF voted to ban handguns? Sure, I'd turn myself in...
Mark
Yep, I'd keep quiet about it myself, that and head to a local gunshop for a larger caliber. Three shot, nonfataly! Go with the desert Eagle .50.
police are treating him as the victim in the incident.Exactly. To cooperate with the law in this case would be to give up one's 5th amendment right not to incriminate oneself.
Until they can get their hands on him.
And even if I'm not precisely right about that, think about how sad it is that there would be the least suspicion or the least fear of legal hassle concerning the guy who successfully defended himself against Teddy Kennedy's and Nancy Pelosi's children (LBJ being the grandfather on both sides ...)
Government supported hoodlums terrorize a neighborhood and to survive their depredations is to open oneself to criminal prosecution. Parts of this nation have gotten lost.
