Sources said a Bronx grand jury spent weeks listening to testimony from dozens of witnesses including former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, but in the end sources said the evidence was "just not there." I guess there was no evidence. This has been going on a long time - if there was anything they would have charged him.
