Jabron Hashmi was born in the Pakistani city of Peshawar, just under an hour from the Afghan border. Condolences to his family.

He's hardly unique, though. There are several hundred thousand Iraqis fighting alongside us, too. Their contribution is just as important and their sacrifice no less noble.
