The boyfriend of a woman who died in the Tavistock Square bus bombing has spoken of the moment he met the father of her killer and realised he felt only pity and sorrow for him.
Gous Ali travelled to Beeston, a suburb of Leeds, to find the family of Hasib Hussain, who killed 13 people on the No 30 bus. One of the victims was Mr Ali's girlfriend, Neetu Jain, 37, a computer analyst. Mr Ali, a Muslim, had written to Hussain's father, Mahmood, asking to meet but had not received a reply.
Neetu Jain died at Tavistock Square "I decided to simply walk up to his door and knock," he told the BBC. "As I got nearer I saw a man standing outside close to the gate, a Muslim man wearing white robes.
"I looked directly at him and said, 'Salaam, salaam, alakium [a traditional greeting]. Are you Hasib's father?' He said yes. Anger welled up inside me. I looked directly at him and said, 'Your son killed my partner.' " Mr Ali said the father looked stunned, moved away, not wanting to talk to him, then said: "What are you doing here, then? Why do you speak to me like this?"
As the situation became more tense, members of Hussain's family, including the bomber's brother, Imran, ordered Mr Ali to leave. Mr Ali asked: "Shall we start again?"
Insisting that he and his family were not responsible for the bomber's actions, Mr Hussain told him: "I don't believe Hasib did it. No one has shown me any evidence.

Jihad is thicker than blood and/or water.
I see: the chief victims of the London bombing were the Muslims who lost their sons.
Moose-limb, butt-ream, daisy-chain, mutual 'hate the west' society.
He basically held a big mirror up to Islam, and they dont like what they see, soooo, lalalalalala.
Liberals have a similar reaction too.
"Mr Hussain told him: "I don't believe Hasib did it. No one has shown me any evidence."
Liar. He knows his son did it.
Actually, they don't: What a load of puerile, rodomontoid hyperbollocks!
(Thanks for Aaron Elkins and I_T for the mots justes.)
Yeah...yeah...yeah...yada...yada...yada
Well, then where the hell is he?
I think I would have killed him with my bare hands. Then gone after the rest of the family. Or maybe a Molitov cocktail made out of bacon grease - defile 'em AND kill 'em.
Yeah. I think it's a pity too.
A pity they didn't kill the POS before he blew up the bus.
Somehow, I think this article is fiction.
Exactly, and he's only sorry for his son's death and no one else.
Hasib Mir Hussain
Mahmood Hussain :"He was one hell of a good kid...I mean, does he even look like a terrorist?"
"Somehow, I think this article is fiction."
Can't really see why someone who had lost a loved one would make up something like this?
This is a feel good puff piece by the left.
Next, Will Smith will be in the next article lecturing us that Mohammad Ali is a Muslim and that we shouldn't blame Islam...
Let's see, a Muslim man, with a Hindu or Jain girlfriend...he'd have her converted to Islam anyway, if she hadn't died.
Can't really see why someone who had lost a loved one would make up something like this?
You can't see how a leftist rag would puff up a story like this? Think NY TIMES...
Son must "have fallen in with bad friends" - so typical of gang banger family responses when junior gets a cap busted on 'em.
Are these muzzies so different? Just a different kind of banger.
