Of all the things that need to be apologized for on Mess-NBC from Chris Matthews' hysterical partisan polemics to Keith Untermann's ugly and personal diatribes, this truth spoken by Scarborough is the one that gets an "I'm sorry?" Spare me.

Joes job is on the line
New MSNBC chief Dan Abrams made his first big changes to the news channel, shuffling its prime-time schedule and adding two hours of documentaries Mondays through Fridays.
Its core of "Hardball," "Countdown" and "Scarborough Country" will remain intact. Going off the air will be "Rita Cosby: Live & Direct," which had been in the 10 p.m. slot Mondays through Thursdays. Tucker Carlson, who joined MSNBC last year after a career at CNN, will move from 11 p.m. to airings at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. where "The Abrams Report" used to be.
Abrams said that there wouldn't be any other major changes in the near future, though there will be some changes to both "The Situation With Tucker Carlson" and "Scarborough Country."

The Dems wouldn't welcome OBL's capture between now and the November election.

"Panelist Tucker Carlson had the best line: '[Sheehan's] a pathetic figure. It would be a hard moral call whether or not to have her on. She's almost like a sideshow figure now.'"
Ain't that too bad, Dr Frankenstein? These monsters just WON'T keep obeying their creators...

Personally, I think that Joe is 100% right on! OBL, the Iraq war, Zarqawi, the economy, and many other things are merely pawns in the democrats attempt to harm the Bush administration only to get themselves back in power. I don't think that it takes a rocket scientist to conclude that!
BTW, some former green beret said today on Fox that this is not a war on terrorism, it is a war on radical Islamic fascists who are hell bent on killing us. I think that he is absolutely correct and that the war on terrorism should should be relabeled as the 'radical Islamic' war......

Okay..I see your thread..but, I thought the part of the show with Paul Hackett (ex Cong. candidate, ex Sen. candidate)...with the father of the guy that is refusing to go to Iraq was ALSO very remarkable.
I was astonished that Paul Hackett came out as forcefully as he did AGAINST the guy...being a lib syncophant.
RE: what you posted about...Scarborough and Tucker are shams and MSNBC should NEVER, EVER refer to them as "conservative" again.

The fact he had to publicly apologize meant he cut them the right way with the sword of truth.

He's right. No need to apologize. They'd be po'd.

How much you want to bet that if UBL is captured between now and the election, the Dems will claim that it was only an election ploy by the GOP?
That would be "not welcoming."

But for some reason, Joe abjectly backtracked later in the segment: "I've got to apologize very quickly for my remark about Democrats wouldn't be happy about Osama Bin Laden being caught. I'm cranky today. I didn't mean it." Joe's cranky, he needs a good enema.
I'm just surprised he didn't backtrack so far as to suggest that Karl Rove has Osama stored away at Camp David to pull him out at the right moment before the election.

No one should be surprised at Joe's backtrack. Joe is a lap dog for the dems. His audience is most certainly not of the conservative persuasion. He ran all of us off a long time ago...

Why apologize for telling the truth? That's the trouble with republicans...they want to be Mr. Nice Guy. Which gets them nowhere.

Never question the patriotism of a Demoncrat.
Of course, you'd have to find a Demoncrat with an ounce to patriotism of which to question.

I do not believe that the Democrats individually or the Democrat Party wants OBL to be captured or killed. He is one of them.
I do believe, infact I know , as much as you can know somthing that the Democrats individually and the Democrat Party rejoice each time an American Serviceman/woman loses their life in either Afganistan or Iraq.
