It sounds like typical con artist. That article is from May. It is now July where is the contractor he mentioned and where is the construction site?

"fyi... I do not have my contact in."

Your contact? As I expected, you're with the Company/Agency/CIA.

Please explain - I'm not getting any youner.

You could also look here, but the validity of wikipedia is questionable at times.

You are reaching EV although, just based on his treatment of his kids I would bring him down if I could but you implied "powerful forces". The CFR?, Illuminati?, Buldibergers? Who.

Simcox had a duty to know what the issues are and what the cost would be before presenting detailed specifications of the fence he was going to build, post it on his website and collect donations based on those specs.

That is another thing that bothers me. If you don't have the land to build it, can you actually say you're going to, especially if you're relying on donated land and don't have firm commitments?

All I have seen so far are Chris Simcox's very powerful enemies trying to take him down in a very brutal sort of way.

They interviewed Simcox, but they said they couldn't back up what he told them...so far there's no fence, and even the meals & portapotties he said he was providing for the volunteers weren't there.

I'd love to see the IRS look at his books.

You must have worked for the Clintons, Chief.

Or maybe still do.

It isn't surprising to see that you and "Tex" are buds. He wants the President's Minuteman foes in jail, too.

EV the only Minuteman mentioned on this thread is Simcox. Why are you so protective of him?

Two Naco-area landowners signed up to participate in the next phase of fence-building are interested in a more elaborate barrier, Simcox said, and so the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps have been purchasing materials and consulting with engineers in preparation for a groundbreaking later this month.

When was the article published? Is groundbreaking supposed to be later in July, or should it have already occurred?

Texas

You do realize that Arizona property as a state is between 95 and 98 percent owned by the state, local and Federal Government, that the border has lots of Federal land and state land in the area in question. Not to mention the land swaps being made by the Nature Conservancy in Southern Arizona.

Land costs money. If these ranchers were in Tucson they could buy 3 acres of property to build on with 300k.

Real estate which is privately held former ranch property in and near the areas where they are talking of constructing the fence is being sold off as building lot acres for 10k an acre.

And you have not even considered zoning near state and federal property and international borders, ESA, availability of construction supplies. In Tucson there is a 30-60 day wait for a small order of concrete at $150-160 a yard delivered.

So have they had the groundbreaking yet? Is the fence under construction?

Does that mean they are promising a fence they can't possibly build, since they wouldn't be able to build it on government property?
