So people who are getting their driver's licenses and registering to vote at the same time (the idea behing Motor Voter) might not have a state issued ID like a driver's license when they vote? My brain just leapt from my head and is hiding under the couch in fear from this wave of anitlogic.

The Republicans are no longer just the stupid party. They are also the suicidal party.

Not everyone has a driver's license, especially in cities with adequate mass transit.
