Peretz says Israel intends to 'break' Hizbullah

Defense Minister Amir Peretz said Thursday night that, "We expected Hizbullah to break the rules, and now we intend to break them.

"We do not mean for this event to end when the situation returns to how things were a few days ago," he said.

Peretz's comments came before his meeting with Assistant Secretary of State David Welch.

Israel's government and security forces commit as many atrocities as the Arabs. I have seen how Arabs are treated in Israel myself, we even treated our darkies better here back in the '50s.

As I said before, these people have been fighting for thousands of years. There have been right and wrong actions on both sides. We need to stay out of this and let them fight amongst themselves.

As a true sign of your bias, explain to me why it is ok for Israel to have nukes but wrong for Iran/Libya/any Arab state to have them.

Islamic Pakistan has nukes and they have yet to use one against Israel.

I still want the reason that it is ok for Israel to have nukes.

The Arabs let Jews fleeing Nazi Germany stay in the Holy Land. Their generosity was repaid by the Jews evicting the Arabs from their own lands. Most of the original Israeli leaders were bomb throwing terrorists themselves.

We are a country that has as one of its founding principles the freedom of religion. The fact that you are encouraging hate crimes solely on the basis of religion makes you just as bad as them. The Christan church had the Inquisition. Even today the church fights among its different sects, just look at the Irish problem.

As I have posted, let them fight it out amongst themselves over there. We have nothing to gain by interfering in their conflict.

Most crime free and safest places I have ever been in were Saudi Arabia and Libya.

As a minority group member myself (Native American), I can use un PC language and still be PC.

I lost my sister in tower 2 of WTC on 911, so not an Arab fan. But they are striking out at us in response to our governments propping up of Israel, so I blame Washington for 911. And having traveled to Israel several times, I have seen how they conduct themselves. They are a fascist state and if we had any sense at all, we would have nothing to do with them.
