A source within the Palestinian Authority revealed Friday that Fatah and Hamas factions are allied with Hizbullah terrorists. The connection is not new, said the source, who asked to remain unnamed.

IDF sources added that Iran manufactured and supplied Hizbullah with the long-range rockets that have been hitting Haifa and other areas since Thursday.

"The Lebanese resistance movement, Hizbullah, and now its General Secretary Hassan Nasrallah, have affirmed commitment to aiding the Palestinians against Israeli attacks," the Palestine News Network (PNN) reported Thursday.

A spokesman for the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, the military wing of the Fatah faction headed by PA President Mahmoud Abbas, announced that the Hizbullah attacks were a "message and a mortal blow to Israel."

In a statement released by the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, the spokesman thanked Hizbullah and noted that Islamic Jihad and Hamas terrorists are also working together.

Yup. US helps Israel and Iran helps Hizbullah. It goes round and round until the two big boys get it on.

Seems obvious this one isn't going to stop at Beirut; you have to assume Israel is simply harvesting the low hanging fruit first.

Absolutely, the fact that Hamas was given a chance to govern a civilized state, and has proved to the world that they have no such intentions.

And Hezbollah has proved it has no respect, nor does it care about the citizens of Lebanon, therefore it is obvious that they do not want a democratic civilized state.

Iran has proved their intentions, as has Syria.

In just a few short years, US policy has taken away all of the Islamic cultists rationalizations and excuses of victimhood.

And the leftists who protected them no longer have a moral argument, ie, terrorists just want freedom to govern their own state, freedom from occupation, policy changes ect.

The US citizenry also "helps" the Saudis who fund all this Wahabbist idiocy by buying gasoline.

The Muslim world was rather benign for several decades after WW1 finally destroyed the Ottoman Empire. However, the wealth afforded through oil is funding and equipping the entire Islamist movement. The Saudis, Yemenis, UAEs, etc. NEVER stopped funding the Hamas led PA because they have always funded Hamas, Hezbollah, and Fatah. They CONTINUE to fund these organizations.

Israel should have done this when Arafat started the Intifadah.

From littlegreenfootballs:

It was only last Saturday that Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, at a two-day conference attended by officials from Bahrain, Egypt, Kuwait, Iraq, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Syria, called on the Islamic world to mobilize and wipe out Israel. Less than a week later we see the results of this conference.
