I agree with you. These folks can't fend for themselves for even a brief window. It's shameful, really.

Sorry that Canadian taxpayers will foot the bill - but we Americans foot the bill, too. So much of the world hates us, but when something goes wrong they stand around like fools waiting for us to do something (in many cases, save their necks).
