I know exactly what your going through (and am also going through a divorce with my wife). I live in NH and commute to the North Shore for work (just got a new job there) and the place is crawling with Libs (so was my old job). This guy on the other side of the wall is a major Blow hard and has a gaggle of people around him and bloviates all morning long about the "good ol' Klinton days", an recites stories from NPR.
I just smile as I walk by to the coffee room at the folks but never get involved. Not worth the effort, concentrate on the job not the idle chatter.
If asked directly about your views, then state your political affiliation and leave it at that.
