How come 'caution' was added to the Debka story? Is it considered a reliable source?
Maybe not on this but Debka is often wrong.
It's as reliable as the MSM, in my opinion.
Directing artillery fire from an embassy is a bit of a no-no. I'd give a lot to see some U.S. "students" with USMC tattoos take that embassy over, just for old times' sake...

I think more info is needed and verification. Some aspects of the story need more explaining and/or detail.
What air routes are being used? I would think they'd be challenged over Iraq or Afghanistan. What assets and routes do they have to transport from the airfield to the front in South Lebanon? Roads, bridges etc are out so I'd think the transfer would be next to impossible and any convoy is going to stick out like a sore thumb on Lebanon roads. I haven't seen any other reports of this either, not even on other conservative sites.
