Russia wanted the oil fields and neither does Chechnya have anything to do with Moslems, otherwise Russia would be with Poland, Ukraine, and the US in the middle east

I disagree with Lindsey on many things, but some of these attacks on him on this thread are inaccurate and infantile.
Russia has always backed the ragheads against Israel and the U.S. What is so hard about accepting the fact that they are doing so again?

You are wrong. He said the beginning of Israel in 1948 was the start of the last generation, and a generation lasts 30 years, so minus 7 for a rapture, would mean 1971. But without it happening he changed a "generation" to mean 40 years. Christ was supposed to come, according to false prophets, like Hal Lindsey, Chuck Smith, Travesty Broadcasting Network: in 1981.

Look let me set this straight, there are 12 tribes that make up all of Israel. Judah and I think Benjamin reside in presentday Israel “the state”. The 10 tribes that left the geographical area of Israel are called “Jacob”. So now that you know that, I’d say that most likely the 10 tribes are scattered abroad and are mostly located here in the U.S. So I’m willing to bet that it is the U.S. that destroy’s Damascus, thus the fat of Jacob that fades probably refers to the U.S. As a consequence to this action a financial decline most likely will ensue. That is the most effective way to destroy a captialist society, hit em in the wallet.
