Anybody have a copy of the Summons and Complaint or Petition which started the suit? I'd love to read the legal cause of action that would have to be alleged.

2nd defense...no damages if this lady were left there
3rd defense...assumption of the risk
4th defense...unclean hands in that they were giving aide and comfort to the enemy

Even today local media (Detroit) were playing audio clips of these pathetic cancers who ranted that they were in Lebanon for a 'wedding' and the US was not there to help them and they had to 'pay' to get back on a ship. If they are so angry at America for not sending in the Marines to rescue them, perhaps they out to stay there.

Hey, sometimes we even use the NY Times and Newsday to make points around here, since once in a while even they publish real info amid all the garbage. If it's accurate it doesn't matter if the source makes people's faces turn three shades of red.

This lawsuit they're trying to bring is a complete joke and with her background it makes it even more frivilous.
Not to mention the Marines have no mission other than revenge in that god forsaken country. If I was an evacuee from Lebanon I would apologise to every Marine I met for the rest of my life.
