All,
This is the most amazing video I have seen and I am now po'ed to no end. Brings home why we are in the middle east right now.
It's a phone call of Kevin Cosgrove to a 9/11 operator while in Tower 2 of the World Trade Center. The call is set to video and is chilling.

Ok I'm home now and just watched this video. While I don't blame KC for his desperation, I must say that I would hope my final actions would be more dignified - ala Todd Beamer.
But who's to say? While I hope KC lived a decent life, it is obvious his murder was most indecent.

I don't know why you are still here but your rediculous assertion that the steel had to melt in order for the towers to collapse shows your utter ignorance of the subject. All it took was the initial impact and resultant fire burning hot enough to start a molecular weakening of the steel. The combination of thousands of gallons of jet fuel the billows effect of the wind at that altitude and it was an instontaneous blast furnace reaching temps of 2000 deg fahrenheit. Now go play on DU. They have an entire forum filled with nutcases like you.

You know, I finally saw the video, and I just noticed something. From the context, it seems he's in the South Tower. But the video shows the North Tower, right? Did anyone else notice that?
Even hearing it, I can't imagine what that guy went through. It's just awful.

Yes. The Arab street en masse rejoiced. I will never forget that either.
That is not a condemnation of every Arab or Muslim, but the emotions of glee in the ME were overwhelming and supported by opinion polls at the time.
America united for about 6 months. Now the liberals are back to their same old crap. We may be winning many battles but I wonder about the overall war against terrorism...especially with a Democrat in the WH and possibly one of the Houses of Congress in liberal hands.

and I just noticed something. From the context, it seems he's in the South Tower Couple things. One, the hit is very high up and it's got the Antenna on it. Also, when the collapse occurs, the other tower is missing. It's the north tower.
