At least 437 people, most of them civilians, have been confirmed killed in Lebanon I suspect Hezzie terrorists are considered "citizens" for such purposes.

Two thoughts come to mind:
1) Hezbollah strategy is for Lebanese civilians to be killed, as many as possible. Israel's strategy is to kill as few civilians as possible. If you want to stop civilian deaths, help Israel stop Hezbollah.
2) How do you tell if the dead "people" are innocent civilians or Hezbollah? Check their dogtags?
