Don't know, ASA. Looks like Justice is looking to the politicos to clean up this mess (which may involve one or more of their members). If overwhelming evidence is provided, the members could be expelled and left to face Justice. If evidence is insufficient for expulsion, but sufficient for censure, they'll remain in office (like Leahy) but will be barred from certain committees.

I hate politics when it comes to this. And this seems to be all upper echelon politics. The rest of us are always downstream from the pollution.
