' filthy piece of Russian weaponry'

Weapons are not filthy by nature, the uses they are put to sometimes are.

'I am not an expert'

That is self-evident.

Insofar as Russia exported Genocide to the tune of 100 million in the last century at the tips of AK-47s and such, it is a fair assessment to call Russia weaponery "filthy".

'Insofar as Russia exported Genocide to the tune of 100 million in the last century at the tips of AK-47s and such'

Did the weapons come explicitly for genocide, or could they have been used for other purposes?

'it is a fair assessment to call Russia weaponery "filthy".'

Only if you make a habit of applying human characteristics to inanimate objects. The heart of the users determines the morality of the act. I'm sure there are many AK-47s in use today that have not engaged in genocide.

There was a time when soldiers who hid among civilians were universally reviled as cowards and lowlife.

Islamofacists ARE in fact the SCUM OF THE EARTH.

They dress up in pretty uniforms for parades and all that jazz but as we are plainly seeing they are just terrorist cowards hiding behind civilians - old men, women and children.

Much to the Kremlin's and Gazprom's dismay.

What is your point - we already have 10 year olds running around Africa and SE Asia committing slaughter with weapons gladly supplied by Russia. You seem to deny Russia's purposeful destabilization of much of the world.

The 2nd Amendement don't apply here.

No, that is where I attribute the problem of genocide, actions by people, not by weapons.

'The 2nd Amendement don't apply here.' sic

That is the problem, lack of freedom. Just as the Lebanese get no sympathy from me in the ongoing battle with Israel. The Lebanese allowed Hez into their gov't, and lack the will to get rid of them. There are plenty of weapons available to do the right thing, but apparently no Lebanese with the will to do it. Properly utilized these weapons could be a boon to world peace, much to the chagrin of the Russkies. Their misuse is a 'people' problem.

It's so sad that this is "news." Everyone knows that these Muslim nutjobs hide amongst the civilians. That's why they are terrorists!

Another newsflash - college kids drink beer and Liberace was gay!

Let's hope all of those Iranian Hezbollah thugs were taken out in the photo below.

Smoke rises after a bomb exploded close to the Lebanese village of Kfar Kila, following an exchange of fire between Israel and Hezbollah terrorists who targeted two Israeli tanks causing no injuries. Israel has vowed to step up its offensive on Iran's Hezbollah jihadists, saying an immediate truce would only spur on the militant group.(AFP/Menahem Kahana)

It appears that the ruthless bloodthirsty hezzebolas are using their own people as human shields, and then parading the resulting carnage of lost innocent lives, as the result of the "barbaric" Israelis, before the international leftist media. This is all designed to turn world public opinion against the Israelis and further hamstring Israeli military efforts to throttle this Lebanese Shia virus.

Spot on. This situation is reminiscent of another eastern waring people. The Mongols. Fearless horse archers. When they encountered Western walled city states for the first time they did not have the equipment to tear down the walls. They captured 'advanced' western siege engines and then used the Wests own tools against itself. Similar to how the Islamic waring people are using our technologically 'advanced' media against us. It is time to start striping U.S. citizenship of the press agents who are acting as agents of the Islamic terrorists. They are traitors and are being used against us during war time.

I couldn't agree with you more. I was reading about the Tatars and their war against the Dukes of Muskovy in the 13th and 14th centuries, and one scholar of the times had indicated that the Tatars, warriors on horseback, would surround a Russian castle or fort and threaten a seige of the Russian fortification in which they announced they would kill every living human being, however if the Russians surrendered they would be allowed to live and continue their lives as they were before. The tatars essentially wanted a tax-paying docile Russian populace that would surrender, so they could save their firepower for future engagements. Have you ever heard these stories?

It was in Russia. I think Russia fell to the tatars in 1215.

Now I get it. Had to research the term Tatars. It was what the Europeans first called the Mongolians. They were a tribe from NE Mongolia. Tatar sounds a lot better then Mongol anyway. I sure would not want some one calling me a 1/2 Dal Riata/Pict mix. Just calling me a 1/2 blue face painted Scot works better and sounds better. Gee and my other half is Polish/Austrian. Hopefully will be able to figure out what 'tribes' they were. 'A man has got to know his limitations'.

So the Huns were not considered Tatars ?

I think the name tatars was given to these Mongol invaders by the Russians. While I was in Russia the first time, in 1993, I had something called beefsteak tatar or tatar beefsteak, whatever it was one of the worst tasting dishes I've ever had. It was pieces of "meat" in a transparent gooey jello, and the meat tasted like the worst liver you've ever smelled and eaten. UGGHHHHH!
