One woman and her husband had to adopt a beautiful little girl from China because she couldn't have children after the abortion.

Our Redeemer LIVES! See how He turns even our most shameful acts into glory to His Name, for this little girl from China has been given a home and hope for the very reason that her mother had been made barren by abortion. That is just awesome: It is just one of millions upon millions of expressions of the grace and mercy and kindness and love and goodness of Our God!

And we know that all things work together for good
to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
Romans 8:28

satan sure has deceived and blinded women in this generation.

...and men too...

Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming
of the great and dreadful day of the LORD:

And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children,
and the heart of the children to their fathers,
lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.
Malachi 4:5-6

That particular verse has been coming to my remembrance of late and I have prayed it, prayed through it. The men in prison, in particular, came to mind as I prayed, for I have heard recently that 85% of men in prison grew up in fatherless homes. A boy who is treated as worthless by his father will count his own fatherhood a worthless thing.

And women who are told that their life is an accident of evolution, a cosmic coincidence, and that what is in them as "the products of conception" is "merely tissue," when men with degrees and lots of letters behind their name testify that "we don't actually know when life begins" and decide that men have not only a right but an obligation to decide who lives and who dies and why, we can expect them to act upon their belief in the lie.

Likewise we, who know and believe the Truth, must act, and will act, as God moves in these amazing days. Amen.

I've used that verse for years because two of my sons divorced their wives and haven't been in touch with their sons in years. I was heartbroken about that. Now one of them has begun calling his son. It's an answer to prayer. I pray the other one will, too. So much pain involved, especially for the kids who loved their dads and feel abandoned by them. I've kept in touch with their mothers and with them for over 18 years but I still haven't seen them in all that time. What a loss.

We have two kids in our congregation, this little Chinese girl included, who were adopted (one was an open adoption) and when I see them up in front worshipping the Lord, it makes me cry. They've been spared a terrible life. One wants to go into missions and has done a few missions trips already (she's 15) and the little Chinese girl wants to go back to China some day and she could be a tremendous missionary herself, at least I pray so. Mxxx
