The task of educating America on Islamofascism and what it means for our future if unchecked is difficult, because those who do not see are actually ideologically challenged by their dedication to a predefined Liberal Utopia, which they wish to achieve at all costs. This smacks of totalitarianism. They are blinded by their own secret fascination for unbridled authority in the name of THEIR good, but not good as defined by the electoral majority of America.
Now Winston Churchill managed to educate Britain, and defeated liberal- Nazi appeaser, Neville Chamberlain to become Prime Minister in 1940. This fact alone probably changed what would otherwise have brought a continuing popular submission to fascism, and some say the hand of G-D was in it. The Liberal Utopia then did not have the strength and resilience of todays, because today's is continually augmented by the MSM, a mistakenly foxy literature, art, and a profound dedication to a misplaced moral superiority and selective moral positions which are bizarre and boggle even the modern mind. (I am against killing lobsters but I am pro partial birth abortion). This is what G-D meant when he was furious about his ancient people worshiping the Golden Calf, as Liberals do today. It retards them profoundly.
Can our US liberals be educated towards a more functional bi-partisan approach to the battle against Islamofascism? They managed it during the Cold War, and the world did not end, it was saved for a more distant fate. Convincing the Dems toward bi-partisanship will take repeated electoral drubbings, public ridicule of their UTOPIA, and words from a future Republican president, similar to those of Winston Churchill:
It fell to Neville Chamberlain in one of the supreme crises of the world to be contradicted by events, to be disappointed in his hopes, and to be deceived and cheated by a wicked man, said Winston Churchill, who succeeded him as Prime Minister on this day in 1940. But what were these hopes in which he was disappointed? What were these wishes in which he was frustrated? What was that faith that was abused? They were surely among the most noble and benevolent instincts of the human heart the love of peace, the toil for peace, the strife for peace, the pursuit of peace, even at great peril and certainly to the utter disdain of popularity or clamor. *
Let us pray that the hope of Liberal UTOPIA does not spring eternally in the Democrat heart. And let us hope for leaders who understand the problem posed by Liberal Utopia, THE SCOURGE OF OUR TIMES, sold to the public by a conspiracy between the MSM and people like Hillary Clinton (Utopian It takes a Village) and Al Gore (Utopian We can save the world and make it environmentally perfect like the Garden of Eden. i.e. controlled by politicians like me, Al Gore).
And in this Utopian world, the self evident truths of our Declaration of Independence simply wander away, unseen, un-needed, and unmourned. Poppycock!!!
Ann Coulter is at the forefront in the ridicule of, and destruction of, Liberal Utopia. We should be assisting her like gangbusters, and invoking every American Winston Churchill we have got!
Come on Liberal Socialists of America, abandon your Utopian dreams and deal with our world and things as they ARE! You have nothing to lose but your chains, and the foul taste in your mouths gotten by licking the hands of the enemy of Western Civilization
It is the Worlds great misfortune that the sickness of Liberal Utopianism has infected even the government of Israel.
* The Times, May 10th, 1940.
Where is our American Winston Churchill? We need him or her now.

" liberal- Nazi appeaser, Neville Chamberlain "
Chamberlain was a conservative.
Of course, but his philosophy and ideals were liberal.
Its difficult to cover political history in one short post. We have conservatives very much like Chamberlain in the Republican party, but thank goodness they are few.
Certainly not men like John McCain.
Yup. Churchill was in fact a liberal.
"Liberalism is pure evil"
You beat me to it. You cannot kill true evil
Well, eventually the Sun will burn out.
Semantic quibble. Utopians are almost invariably political extremists (right wing btw as well as left). As Utopians and as extremists they are anti-liberal, at least in the traditional and inclusive sense of the term. That is they are enemies of Liberal (Western) Civilization, which must be swept away to make way for the Utopia.
Michael Moore had the temerity to inform his fellow democrats that a NEW Boss was in Town in a letter posted after the defeat of Joe Lieberman, which could have been straight out of an SDS article from the 70s. During most times, we could humor Liberal Utopians. NOw we can't afford it. Anne Coulter is right. But in these dangerous times, their pretense to power warrants destruction, for the consequences of their folly are so foul: genocide and destruction of a significant portion of humanity in a world Islamofascist conflagration. There's is a path that must not be tread by our nation.
As time goes on over the next three months, we shall see if the Democrats destroy them, or whether it will become the task of the Party of Lincoln.
A pity we cannot effect Olmert, for he has a stranglehold on Israel, and nothing could be worse for Israel, to have to countenance a leader like a Yiddish Jimmuh Carter, who probably receives back channel counsel from the likes of Clinton, Carter, Kerry and Dean, imploring him NOT to do Bush's dirty work for him, because the Republicans would do too well in November and 2008 for having brought peace to the ME without doing it in the liberal Utopian way. ( We can't have that!!! It would prove our Utopian views wrong!)
If anything, the extremism of American Liberal Utopians is more intransigent that the world has seen before, AND they are linked internationally to men like Olmert, and perfectly justified in their narrow minds to traduce the foreign policy of the United States. (After all, President Bush is a fascist maniac?)
Ridicule is too good for them.
