Also, Putin approved weapon sales to Iran and Syria. That shows that Putin is NOT committed to fighting the war on terror.

Japanese told you that?:) Heh heh you so naive:).
Before "going to pull over" japanese trawler didn't answer on warning shot kept radio silence and try to get out on high speed.
After shots was fired on ship they pulled over.

Wish I could say something witty but whenever Russia and (Ras)Putin are mentioned these days all that comes to mind is "Death to Russia." Not very original or pc, but sincere and heartfelt.
