What a pile! No policy has been set regarding this at all. This screed is an irresponsible piece of garbage.

It is the ethical dilemma for a society to consider. In such a disaster scenario those with the most likelihood of continuing the species are the first priority be they "breeders", rescue, soldiers, medical and hot chicks.

How about no aid for the ones on welfare, ADC, food stamps, etc?
How about "If you get the earned income tax credit you get no aid?"
Works for me.

Many members of our military receive foodstamps and the earned tax credit. What do we do about them?

Log in doesn't work.
Doesn't surprise me though. If in the worst case, it would be triage. That and I suspect that this is viewed as a chance to "balance the books" by some.

We also have a rapidly aging population and growing legal and illegal immigration. I can see the left loving a situation like this.

It is the ethical dilemma for a society to consider. Triage is the solution in an unimaginable disaster. The Bird Flu Flower doesn't appear to be more than a vague anxiety so far.
