Excuse me, but most medical school graduates, even those who did not go to "major" medical schools, can spell "dissent".

I'll enlighten you. A friend of mine had to have an abortion in her fifth month because her baby had developed organs outside it's body and had died in utero. An abortion had to be performed because this. The saddest part of these types of situations is that it almost always effects people who want their children and had no intention of ever having an abortion.

This is not an abortion (termination of living pregancy) as the child is already dead.
