Take a good look at these three images of Red Cross ambulances in Lebanon, supposedly deliberately targeted by Israel, and broadcast worldwide by the MSM last month:
On August 6, I linked to Dan Riehl's excellent post raising questions and doubts (his initial post here) about the alleged missile targeting by Israel of the Red Cross ambulances. Infinitives Unsplit first called attention to the dubious ambulance claims on July 27.
Now, Internet documentarian and photojournalist Zombie has compiled a damning, in-depth report on the ambulance claims that the MSM swallowed whole: "The Red Cross Ambulance Incident: How the Media Legitimized an Anti-Israel Hoax and Changed the Course of a War." The intro:
On the night of July 23, 2006, an Israeli aircraft intentionally fired missiles at and struck two Lebanese Red Cross ambulances performing rescue operations, causing huge explosions that injured everyone inside the vehicles. Or so says the global media, including Time magazine, the BBC, the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times and thousands of other outlets around the world. If true, the incident would have been an egregious and indefensible violation of the Geneva Convention, and would constitute a war crime committed by the state of Israel.
But there's one problem: It never happened.

There are more than a few freepers losing nerve as well. But we just need to do our best to buck them up.
I have to wonder what will happen if Hezbo et al ever get good at these hoaxes. They obviously have the right idea, but aren't good at it.
I heard on NPR (National Pinko Radio?) today where a terrorist-type blatantly said that they can't match up with the Americans and Israelis, so they fight their war in the media. The guy continued to say that, without the media, they are goners.

And I'm shocked that NPR would report that, since they are part and parcel of terrorist propaganda.
Anyone who still falls for the FAKE NEWS and the FAKE POLLS is too much of a tool to be called a conservative.
I spent last election day in November 2004 being told that President Bush and the Republicans had lost.
In the months prior we were told that the historical state of his JOb Approval means he would lose.
How many election cycles are conservatives going to have to be lied to before they get it?

Seems only a lightweight CNN-AP-REUTERS-ABCCBSNBC can be so WILLINGLY fooled.
No matter how many "edgy" commericals they make, the MSM is finished.
Apparently alot. Too many have bought into the NY Time's quagmire meme. But it will be the hard work of others who don't fall for this, and for the average joe who long ago tuned the MSM out to carry the day. And it we will. But those of us in the know must do all we can to punish the MSM and not let up until they crumble and start over.
The MSM will ignore this, therefore, it didn't happen.
The pathetic reporting by the MSM is what has gotten them into a situation where they are struggling to survive. Each incident like this only hastens their demise if the public can be made aware of it. We can help make it known by letters to the editors and encouraging FNC and conservative radio hosts to talk about every incident.

They are clinging on. It is up to you and me and 10's of 1000s of freepers and bloggers to crush their fingers. Get active in a MSM watchdog group or start emailing the MSM editors and producers. LGF and FR force fed the fake photos story down their throats and we must keep doing it, day in and day out.

I never read that report, but this sentence at home would have sent my antennae to full alert.

Not that the "Palestinians" have got to be, collectively, one of the stupidest, most gullible, bunches ever (it's not racism if they're just a bunch of people from different countries cobbled together) for allowing themselves to get all puffed up with "nationalist" good feeling as the World's #1 Loser-Victims. None of this "factual" stuff matters, these photos proving a hoax. No, the Israelis are the US proxies in the area, and like the US they have WEALTH.
Ergo, in the minds of these wealthy guilty-feeling liberals, they are EVIL, and anything you do to hurt EVIL RICH PEOPLE is by default less-than-evil, thus GOOD.
