Everyone knows the former Veep is on Apple's board, but he's also on the board's compensation committee. That raises the odds that he could land on the hot-seat if it turns out that Apple's stock options "irregularities" are of the sort that lead to civil or even criminal charges. Is there no controlling authority here?
I'm torn. I've been an Apple user since 1986. I don't want to see this kind of problem at Apple just when things are going so well, but I would dearly love to see Al's toes put to the fire.
Algore has problems....period.
Once the double standard is applied....algore will face no consequences just like other Dems.
I agree with you. No matter how bad this turns out for Apple, Gore will skate because he's a Dem and a favorite of the MSM flacks.
With the company rebounding as it has, I hate to see it falter with something like this.
I'd *love* to see Al "no controlling legal authority" Gore finally get his!
"Gore's globe is going to be warming"!!! Har-de-har-har!
Oh boy. This could get good. I was so hoping he would run for Prez with the other RATS. He'd be more fun than the rest because he's so out of touch with reality. :o)
Same here.
Maybe he can take a cue from Martha and do time in his own "lock box."
He'll just say that he was following advice from Harold Raines.
