Isn't the Tourist Guy part of Freeper lore?

Give me the history/lore on him.

I'm glad you have a good sense of humor. Then again, it is kind of a requirement to survive FR.

Frankly, the way you've handled the whole thing gives me a lot more respect for you. Thanks for making everyone's day, Brytani.

RKBA - 1. Right To Keep and Bear Arms 2. Road Killed Beeber Association - They come in and pave over the dead troll, on dead troll threads. Pictures of a paver/steamroller are often used. They are also responsible for the original Undead Thread (see Lore). (nopardons)

My neighbor's dog brought home a human skull, what - Title of an 'interesting' thread posted by jilley. see: My neighbor's dog brought home a human skull, what Note: She hasn't posted since (at least not as jilley) (Jet Jaguar)

Mediacrat - Leftwing editorialists who pose as neutral journalists. They are anti America and especially Anti Bush. (EQAndyBuzz)

"Threadjackal" is a term that has a history in some "thrilling threads of yesteryear." "Threadjacking" can also be a useful term.

Add to FMCDH - BITS (Blood in the Streets)

Some freeper would always have this at the end of his posts.

How's this:

threadjacking (threadjackal) - when a thread's subject is completely changed from the original post's intent. As in: starting with an article/post on birth control and ending up with a thorough discussion of zebras. Those who engage (intentional or not) in such behavior may be accused of being a "threadjackal".

Never mind, I got it:

Tourist Guy (aka tourist of death) - after September 11, a picture was prolifically passed around the interenet (an emails) of a male tourist (a Hungarian man named Péter Guzli) posing atop the World Trade Center just as one of the planes was about to hit it. The picture turned out to be a photoshopped fake. Since, the male tourist has been seen in any number of settings (he's everywhere). See also: Wikipedia - Tourist guy.

The post got pulled!!!!! can you mail me the URL, I searched but wasn't able to find it....

It's fully how the story took on a life of its own...everything from a wife who said...oh my husbands on a plane being hijacked but I'm taking a shower to a wife who was scared her husband was on the way home cause her husband was on the way home etc...

I gotta admit I was a bit ticked off that day, but like you said, gotta have thick skin to be on FR all the years I have.

Thanks!!!

How's the world treating you?

I'm lost. My cell phone stopped working.

Got another order for software from Finley Fire.

Outside of that not much happening.
