This is the biggest non-anything I've seen in quite some time. Much ado about nothing.
Photo was not photoshopped. The blur running down the middle of the picture is the moving microphone cord. Case closed.
The bigger mystery is why such a small room with such a small crowd to see those legs? Couldn't be Jessica Simpson, she's a bigger draw than that.

Looks like they took out the mike stand. You can see a blur where the stand should be. This young lady was singing and now it looks like a strip club photo.
