This news report from Bayerischer Rundfunk explains in detail the cooperation between the Nazis and the Muslim Arab leaders during WW2.

It goes on to explain how high ranking heads of the SS fled to the Arab world and carried on their activities under the protection of leaders such as President Nasser and how modern Islam has adopted a Nazi style ideology of hate and conspiracy against the Jews.

Naser was a Nazi sympatizer, served under Rommel in Afrikakorps and was even decorated with a Iron Cross.

I think you are mistaken about Nasser serving under Rommel. Nasser lead something called "Union of Egyptian Officers" (I might be screwing up the name). Saddat was also a member. This organization was spying for Rommel's Afrika Korps, but they were working behind British lines. Nasser very well might have been awarded an Iron Cross for his spying for the Nazis.
