The TWH organization and the majority of the horse trainers and owners are some of the most corrupt individuals in the horse industry. One of the individuals that sores horses exclusively near here is one of their holy "DP" that inspect for abuse. Make a complaint? You have to make it in writing and the owner and the industry will have the board of owners decide if its an infraction or not. Have a show where non-biased USDA inspectors present....they just drive away and go to another show with a bought off inspector. The TWH and Racking Horse industry is a sham and a disgrace to honest caring horse owners everywhere.
