Does it really matter? Jihad is ALWASY carried out by a "delusional dreamer" regardless of their professional diagnosis.
Someone who is willing to plant explosives and wants to kill civilians needs to be removed from society regardless if they were just "stressed because of his upcoming wedding" or not.
Why do the excuses matter? Why does the mental diagnosis matter? Why does the means used to catch them matter?
