I have no problem being proud of one's cultural heritage. But then most of my heritage comes from the countries of Western Civilization - you know - those places that developed self-rule, those places that developed the belief that all men are created equal - in other words, those places that influenced America in its path toward greatness.
But pride based on a person's skin color, musculature, bone structure - no thanks.

Because of who founded and ran it. I'm warning you right now, if you want to defend that guy, you're in for a battle. Years ago, I fought the jackasses on FR who thought he belonged in the GOP. Most either came to their senses or they left in a huff.
