The Web site and its place as an alternative to Christian conservatism comes as churchgoing voters who consider themselves politically liberal have tried to link their religious values to causes such as social justice injustice, opposition to the Iraq war promotion of governmental cowardice and the environment opposition to capitalism.
Over the last 30 years, the GOP has found common ground among traditional pro-business, anti-tax Republicans, small government advocates and social conservatives. Democrats, on the other hand, have been influenced by a secular, liberal bloc that advocates separation of church and state censorship of church by the state. The party's disparate groups have had more trouble finding a single voice.

I hear they actually commissioned an artist to do a portrait of their God. It apparently came out lookin' like Joe Stalin... and was very nearly approved by the DNC.

The Democratic party stands for everything that is anti-Christian. That is why they are trying to hijack Christianity and redefine it through the National Council of Churches.

post labor day strategy for democrats.
Democrat points:
-Me too menu christianity,
-cut and run is a strategy for victory.
-Killing the enemy makes us weak.
The fact is the democrats do not want a stong USA in the world. Democrats want MAD in order to establish permenent negotiations and their own cold war job secuirty.

A comment our pastor made at a gathering some time ago:
"I don't understand how anyone can go to church on Sunday, and vote for a democrat the following Tuesday."

Democrats push for own religious voice Well, they've already invented their own religion. What they need is a pope of some kind, maybe a guy in a Santa suit who hands out welfare checks and melts down guns to make gender-neutral toys for the children. ;)

"The best person to head the Democratic Party's push for religious people would be Bill Maher. He really understands religious people very well."
Yes, indeed, the Republicans should run Maher's hateful leftist comments about religious people that he made on Larry King's show in some ads this fall. That should show the church-going voter what the Dems really think of them.
