I fully support Israel but I'll still be voting with America's best interests in mind.

Geez, I can't beleive Clinton scores as high as she does.

Actually Gore is the biggest surprise. He is cut and runner #1. Hillary has at least pretended to be semi-tough on terrorism, but I am sure she will join the cut and run crowd once the primaries get going.

The best candidate for Israel hands down is Sam Brownback.

Giuliani seems good and may stay good but he also can pull a "Nixon to China" or Sharon "withdrawal type move".

Some candidates are given marks way to high.

?????

I believe these folks are candidates for President of the United States. I don't appreciate foreign countries meddling in our electoral politics. I'm interested in what candidate is best for the USA, not some foreign country.

"Israeli panel: Giuliani is 'best' presidential candidate for Israel"

But then who would run for President of the United States?

I didn't realize he was eligible to run. Doesn't Israel have a citizenship requirement?

First of all this sounds like left wingers making the decision on who is good for Israel. These idiots might consider abortion in the US good for Israel. Second it is time for the Israelis to spend more time doing what is good for Israel and less time worrying whether the American President is a friend of Israel.

They give Hillary kudos for wanting to move the embassy. That is a wet dream (moving the embassy, not her thighness).

If you want a clue into your inner subconscious feelings about Jews/Israel think of your reaction to this piece.

How dare they discuss which candidate is best for Israel? Is that what you are thinking? Why?

Don't we discuss which candidate of a foreign country is best for the US? Did we discuss the last election in Italy? Who did we cheer for in Mexico? How did we feel about Spain whose election would reverse support for the US? On and on.

Get the picture?

Ha'aretz is leftist (someone at FR - I forget who, called Ha'aretz the NY Times of Israel), so any panel the assembled or queried would be suspect, IMO.

1. I care who is the best candidate for the US.
2. CLinton is no fan of Israel. This panel is made up of idiots.
3. Why is Tancredo not on the list? He has actually won straw polls.
4. What are the damn standards by which candidates are judged?
