The Democrats love the word "fight." In every single Democrat stump speech you'll hear the word over and over: I'll fight for you, I'm a fighter, I'm fighting for this or that right, etc, etc.
And the do love to fight, it's true. They just only want to fight other Americans.

Exactly right. There was no effort by Republican senators to threaten CBS's broadcasting rights over the Reagans. This move by the Democrats is beyond despicable.

I have been in a few high power depositions in suits that were brought against me. I can tell you, even if you are on the side of truth ( I was and I won ), being in a deposition is like being one floor below hell.

I believe what happened in real life was the CIA was all set to go, but a zoom up in the Satelite Recon showed a swingset nearby. Based on that the Clinton Administration cancelled the order for fear of negative PR from possible collateral damage.
