Warner wasn't even taking calls at his local office here in Midlothian, Virginia...got the answering machine and left the deaf fool an earful. Just a busy signal out of his D.C. office...sent him an angry e-mail through Congress.org.

As of last night, I thought Powell was positioning himself to run for President as a Democrat.

However, I developed the following thought this morning while listening to news and to Rush.

I believe McCain and Powell will try to team up as an independent ticket to ensure a Republican defeat and victory for McCain's pal, Hellary. This depends, of course, on how delusional McCain is, how much he may still believe he could or could not get the Repub nomination.

Revenge against GWB/RNC is the name of McCain's game. Period. He is extremely bad for the country. Powell's game? I'm not sure, but there seems to be "no love lost" between him and Dubya since he resigned State.

I just wanted to say I really loved the ending where he said he was inspired that anyone would pray for Laura and him. I am sure most journalists would take it as an insult.

It's too obvious that this one/two ticket is trying to hijack the Republican Party and probably will shoot for an Independent bid when they get rejected.

Powell is McCains SecDef.

Just like Clarke will be Hillary's SecDef.

"I'll bet the President's morning briefings are real corkers."

GW: Come in Karl. How are the wife and kids?
KR: Great sir, Hey, you hear the one about the Mullah and the Duck?
GW: No Karl
KR: Well sir, A mullah walks into a bar with a duck.
GW: Karl, Mullahs don't drink.
KR: Ok, follow me here sir, A mullah waslks into a yogurt shop with a duck on his shoulder. The guy behind the counter says, He where'd you get that ugly smelly thing. The Duck says, In Iran, there are millions of them.
GW: Hehe Karl, good one. By the way, hows the stealing of the grandmoithers social security checks in San Fran going?
KR: Fine sir. We got another 27 bucks.

I would guess that McCain and Powell are delisional enough they they could each exceed Ross Perot's 19% and come in somewhere in the 40%+ category. In times of plurality elections, 40 something could win, but their tandem would not likely get 40.

Thank you! I take slips (I make four to a page) like those out with me, when I precinct walk...in case anyone wants to know why I'm a Republican.

It was crafted 90% with W's 2004 platform and 10% my hubby and me.

I also shared this info with Linda Lingle's Campaign Chairman. Hawaii is in need of some serious help. I have relatives there, and they tell me that it's REALLY difficult to tell who's running that's Republican. NO one puts it on their political signs, and only if you read the paper (that's liberal) do you ever find out. One relative said she already voted, and the number of Dems running was about 20/1 to the Republicans. I don't think they have any precinct walking operations, and that's sad. I live in a blue state (unfortunately) but the here in San Diego, the nation-wide Republican Party is following OUR lead. We are a RED COUNTY, and have one of the greatest precinct operations in the Country. Walking house to house on a couple Saturdays, with hang tags containing important information--talking to your neighbors and showing that their vote matters...WORKS!

Sorry for the ramble, but I care so much, and our Country and the fate of the free world is at stake. I can only imagine what the likes of the Dem party would do to our nation, and the affect that would have on the World, today. We need firm resolve, and an ability to look at the big picture. The terrorists are like rats--they are hungry and multiplying. They play dirty, and getting rid of them is dirty work.

The Dems can have their "it's all about me" and "victim mentality" votes. The Republicans stand for something.

Thanks again for your kind words rjmeagle!

I told him that in an email about a year or so ago. For some reason, he scares me. I do not want him anywhere near the White House.

This was one of President Bush’s best press conference, I would compared it to that of Sir Winston Churchill.

" he called him Dave. " Didn't I read somewhere that Gregory HATES that? He must be known as David.

This may be posted later on this thread, but Medved met with the President today and in talking to Iran, he pronounced Nuclear a bunch of times correctly with no hesitation. Medved is sure that he says noocular in public just to tweak the press.

The next caller said he loves the President and calls him our first "Colombo" president. Absolutely brilliant. I wouldn't be surprised if that guy was a freeper.

Basically...the Press thinks the President is dumb, but they are being played in a spectacular way.

Where has THIS Bush been the last nine months or so?

Lurking patiently in the shadows waiting to pounce.

I completely agree; this is the President the American public needs to see! (We know him and love him, but the rest of the country needs to see him for the incredible man he is.)
