I honestly haven't been following anything Abrahmoff. But I do know there were some Dems involved. Why only Reps being prosecuted?

Why only Reps being prosecuted?

Because so far, only Republicans have admitted to doing anything wrong. The Democrats have been insistent that they did nothing wrong and have refused to return any money.

We only know that Dems received campaign donations. Those are legal. Ney and DeLay received bribes. Those are not legal. Since Republicans received bribes, they will be prosecuted.

Eventually we may learn that the Dems received bribes, too. At this point, we don't know that. And I've been following the Abramoff scandal quite closely.
